A note from Ole
KOTOE and I have been friends for years. She has played at my art exhibitions, and I’ve seen her wearing UKENA behind the decks, at festivals and at a close friend’s wedding. Seeing the work become part of a friend’s life is one of the nicest parts of making it.
These photographs stay with one set: blue linen, yellow embroidery, HA HA HA. Drawings continue across the photographs, adding another layer to the work she is already wearing.
