Refund policy

🌌 UKENA Return Policy

 

In compliance with the EU regulation (EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period), we accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order—and extend this policy to customers worldwide. As a small, made-to-order artwear label, we kindly ask that all items be returned unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition and packaging, with tags attached. Returns that do not meet these criteria cannot be accepted or refunded.

Please take care when trying on garments—items with deodorant marks, perfume scents, or visible signs of wear will not be eligible for return.

 

🔁 How to Request a Return

To start a return, email us at mail@ukena.store within 14 days of receiving your item. Be sure to include:

  • Your full name

  • Order number

  • Reason for return

  • Whether you’d like a refund or exchange

We’ll get back to you with the return address and instructions.

Important: Please do not return any item before contacting us—unannounced returns will not be accepted.

📦 Return Shipping

  • Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • You are responsible for the item until it reaches us, so we strongly recommend tracked shipping.

  • UKENA is not responsible for lost or damaged returns in transit.

For returns outside the EU, please mark the parcel as “RETURNED GOODS” to avoid additional customs charges. Any unpaid customs fees will be deducted from your refund or result in the item being returned to you.

 

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

  • Sale items or items bought with a discount code are final sale.

  • We do not accept returns on custom or personalized pieces.

  • Earrings and other personal wear items are not returnable due to hygiene reasons.

 

✨ Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different size or style, please return your item for a refund and place a new order.

 

💸 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note your bank may take additional time to post the refund.
